Arbio I Lax Cozy Studio near Karl-Heine-Strasse

Für mich ist die Lage ideal, meine Tochter wohnt nur 100m entfernt. Ich nutze die Unterkunft eigentl Positive: ohne Frühstück Lage gut Negative: Es gab eine Unstimmigkeit: gebucht war das Studio, der Schlüssel aber für das Apartment und dadurch gab es Zugangsprobleme.

Positive: Lage, Stil, Preis Negative: Mit dem vorhandenen Geschirr Kochen eigentlich nicht möglich

Positive: Die Lage war perfekt für uns und das Personal sehr gut erreichbar für Nachfragen. Es war fast alles da, was wir gebraucht haben. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Negative: Es war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig dass die Dusche ein Fenster zum Bett hatte, das man nicht abschirmen konnte. Im Bad war auch kein Spiegel, sodass man sich in der Küche den Bart rasieren musste. Leider war auch fast kein Toilettenpapier da, und wir mussten eines kaufen. Es war auch nur ein Vorhang beim Fenster vom Bett in den Hof - zumindest beim 2. Fenster wäre ein Vorhang wünschenswert. :-) Nicht geeignet für Nicht-Pärchen.

Survived. Positive: Location was great. Provided kitchen appliances like dishwasher, fridge and place to cook. Balcony. Negative: When I booked our room, I specifically asked for one with two separate beds and no shower window, since me and my classmate were on Erasmus trip and we wanted a little privacy after the programme. We got no answer from Arbio Team on this requirement whatsoever - but guess what - that's exactly what we've been given - a king sized bed with shower window right in front of our bed. After we arrived I asked them if we could switch our room to one matching our expectations. They claimed that they were all booked at that point, so I was ready to book another room on my own - same as the one we've got - so that we could have more privacy. I had a little finance problem bcs they wanted a whole new deposit for the new room (250€) and as a student I couldn't solve this issue at the time, but the day after I told them it's not going to be a problem anymore. The Arbio Team replied that they will send me a link to book an extra room (since it didn't appear on booking nor airbnb anymore) - but they didn't send it for two days, so I just told them not to bother anymore and accepted that we were trapped in that room together. Moreover, there were weird sounds coming from inside of the building (like drilling) at any given hour of the day and night. The smell coming from the restroom during each day was a nightmare - they probably didn't clean the shower drain properly. We had to air our room for 30minutes after coming to the apartment each day. There was no wardrobe to put our clothes into. The inside of the dishwasher was mouldy! The microwave stopped working after 6seconds in use, even though we set timer for 2minutes. Not to sound spoiled, but even our towels were ripped at one end. I think they should really reconsider some of their cleaning and costumers communication habits. I definitely recommend a deep cleaning!
