Arbio I Lax Attic Studio in Lindenau

Positive: Sehr gut

The room was comfortable but the location was noisy and crowded. Positive: It was secure. Probably the best part of my stay was the Arbio staff was excellent and very responsive. Negative: The noise. It was located above a restaurant and I remember one night hearing chatter until 1:45am. Most nights there were noise at least until midnight. Also had trouble with the door lock until I figured out how to open it. But there is something wrong with it for sure. Parking was not always easy to find…. Often had to park in very tight spaces which is common in this area.

Positive: Localização muito boa, perto de bons bares e restaurantes. Negative: A chave não estava no locker indicado e tive que passar um bom tempo com o atendimento ao cliente, após resolvida a situação o apartamento oferecido não tinha cortinas na maioria das janelas e principalmente nao tinha cortinas no banheiro, os primeiros dias foram basicamente tendo que reclamar com o atendimento ao cliente para conseguir cortinas, das quais só foi fornecida para o banheiro. Situação estressante, é uma estadia cara, o mínimo seria oferecer comodidade, conforto e privacidade.

Positive: Ausgezeichnete Lage, leider etwas Laut vor der Tür nachts, aber das muss man in Kauf nehmen, wenn man die Lage möchte. Es war leider sehr heiß in der Wohnung, trotz dessen, dass ein Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Der Balkon hätte sauberer sein können, Stichwort Spinnweben. Die Ausstattung zum kochen ist minimal, ich habe diese aber nicht genutzt, da es massenhaft gute Restaurants im Umfeld gibt.

Super! Positive: Super Lage, die Unterkunft ist sauber, hell und gemütlich. Negative: Leider kein Kaffee (2 Tassen pro Person pro Tag) oder Spülmittel. Solche Sachen sollten inklusive sein.
